Numerology

There are three major forms of Numerology: Kabbalah, Chaldean and Pythagorean. Kabbalah means knowledge that comes through the mind and soul and originated in Hebrew mysticism.

The Kabbalah was developed for the Hebrew alphabet and has 22 vibrations ranging from 1 - 400. It was then adapted for the Greek alphabet and then for the Roman alphabet. Chaldean numerology was developed in Ancient Babylon (Iraq), and it combines certain aspects of Astrology with Kabbalistic name interpretation.

Pythagorean numerology, as the name suggests, was developed by Pythagoras, a Greek mathematician and metaphysician who lived during the 6th century BC. He was famous for his findings that the square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides!
